How fast do workers actually get paid?
Same or next day, every time. When a shift is checked out, the payout is confirmed in the app and the money lands in the worker’s account the same day or by the next.
What kinds of jobs are on Flexi?
Real shifts from local businesses — bar and restaurant support, event setup and crew, warehouse and stockroom work, deliveries, and more. Every listing shows pay, hours, and location up front.
How does vetting work?
Every worker is identity-verified before they can accept a job. Ratings and on-time percentages come only from completed shifts, so employers see an honest track record — not a résumé.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Workers pick up shifts whenever it suits them, and employers post only when they need someone. One shift or fifty — the app works the same.
What does it cost?
Flexi is free for workers. Employers pay a simple fee per filled shift — the pay shown to workers is always what they receive.
